Contact

The foundation takes enquiries by email and by telephone. The address, telephone number and email address below are the same as those on the foundation’s registration documents, so anyone checking can match them.

We reply to every enquiry whose origin and purpose are clear. For enquiries from schools and government offices, please give the name of the school or office and its sub district so that we can answer accurately.

Registered office

The address below is the foundation’s registered office in Kota Denpasar, as recorded on the founding deed and on the NIB.

Programme activity is in Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara. The foundation does not yet hold a licensed facility in Sumba. A kitchen in Sumba is a separate business location on the OSS business system, requiring its own approval and its own food hygiene and sanitation label, so no address in Sumba is presented here as a registered office or as a licensed facility.

Enquiry routes

Please name one of the routes below in your subject line so the enquiry reaches the right person.

  • Partnership and funding

For funders, companies and prospective programme partners.

    info@jejakkasih.org

  • Schools and government offices

For schools, the education office, the health office, and village or sub district government.

    info@jejakkasih.org

  • Media

For interview requests and requests for information.

    info@jejakkasih.org

Separate mailboxes for each route have not been created. Until they exist, every enquiry reaches the same single mailbox, because an email link to a mailbox that does not exist is a broken link.

Before you write

Write in Indonesian or in English, and we reply in the language you use. Where a question concerns the yayasan’s formal documents, the Indonesian text is the controlling text, so answers to legal questions are given in Indonesian.

We aim to reply within five working days of receiving your email. The yayasan is in its set up phase and is run by five officers and supervisors, so we would rather state a time we can meet.

Include the following so that we can answer without writing back to ask.

  • Your name, and the name of the organisation, school or government office you represent.
  • The kecamatan and kabupaten, if your question concerns a particular school or area.
  • One of the routes above, written in the subject line.
  • Your own deadline, if you have one, such as a meeting date or a closing date for budget submissions.

Concerns about child safety

A report about child safety is addressed to a member of the foundation’s Pengawas (supervisory) organ rather than to the general enquiry routes above. How to send one, including the response time we commit to, is set out on the about page.
