Governance and capacity
Institutional funders check governance before they check the programme. This page sets out the foundation’s organs, its constitutional documents, the related party relationship it has, its financial position, and how to raise a complaint.
We publish it now, while the foundation is still only a few weeks old, because information given before it is asked for is worth more than the same information given afterwards.
Constitutional documents
The foundation was established by deed number 30 dated 30 June 2026 before Notary Putu Astika Yasa, S.H., M.Kn., and approved as a legal entity by the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia.
The social purposes in the deed include carrying out food assistance programmes for communities in need, at Pasal 3.A.11, together with building and managing clean water facilities for communities in need.
Every registration number and the source document for each is set out in the legal identity table on the about page, so that it can be matched row by row.
The foundation’s organs
The organs as recorded in the Ministry of Law registry. The organ and the position are two separate fields and are not collapsed into one.

Marselina is recorded as a member of the Pembina organ and Mathius Lu Ndawa as a member of the Pengawas organ, not as chairs of those organs. No photograph of any officer or supervisor is published on this site, and no personal identity number is published.
Related party and conflict of interest
The foundation works with EffortX Foundation Ltd, an Australian charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), as a funding partner. That is a related party relationship, and we disclose it openly here and on the about page.
Funding for the Sumba school meals programme is raised and receipted by EffortX Foundation Ltd, not by the yayasan, and then released to the yayasan in stages. The relationship is governed by a project based fundraising memorandum of understanding executed on 15 July 2026.
The two are separate legal entities, each with its own officers and its own legal responsibilities. The EffortX name appears on this site as text only.
Capacity
A funder reads capacity from the balance sheet, not from the plan. The figures below are the foundation’s own, and we publish them because silence reads worse than the numbers do.

Financial statements
The foundation will publish annual financial statements on this page. The first covers financial year 2026 and will be published by 30 June 2027 at the latest.
Until the first statement is published, the available figures are the initial assets in the deed and the partner funding figures on the home page, together with a statement of who raised them and who issues the receipts.
Complaints
A complaint about the foundation’s work, its use of funds, or the conduct of its staff and volunteers can be sent to the foundation email address or by post to the registered office. Every complaint is recorded and answered.
A complaint about child safety follows a different route and is addressed to a member of the foundation’s Pengawas organ rather than to the general enquiry routes. That route and the response time we commit to are set out on the about page.
